MC for Council on Aging's Over the Edge Event

The 2nd Annual Over the Edge Event was hosted by the Council on Aging of Buncombe County in Asheville, North Carolina. Nyda serves on the board of directors for the Council on Aging and served as the MC and radio announcer for the event. It was a beautiful fall day with blue skies, a warm breeze, and loads of folks rappeling off a seven story building. Nyda interviewed each rappeler as they arrived safely at the bottom and engaged the crowds both Friday night and all day Saturday. The proceeds benefit the various programs of the Council on Aging. Nyda is pictured with the Asheville Speciality Hospital folks as they had a team approach to the event and of course, Sister Bad Habits were also on hand for the event. Nyda interviewed both of the sisters and they entertained the street crowds.
